Placing Your Order

Our online shopping system utilises a
safe and secure "Add to Cart" method. Simply browse the
products listed in the menu to the left of the screen,
decide which items you want to purchase, enter the quantity
of each you would like in the box provided beneath each
item, and then click "Add to Cart". Quantities may also be
altered from within the cart. Please be sure that you are
browsing products in the correct currency, as you cannot add
items to the cart from multiple currencies. Read more
about this below.

As an Australian based company catering
to a worldwide market, Fairy Inspirations operates in both Australian Dollars (AUD) and US
Dollars (USD). Australian customers must order in AUD (which is
GST inclusive), while US and all other customers must order in USD.
To switch between currencies on this site, simply go the
"Currency" option at the top right hand side of each
page and select USD (the default currency) for all international
(Non-Australian) orders, and AUD for all Australian customers.
You only need to set the currency once to affect all pages
browsed afterwards.

Credit Cards ~
Credit card
payments through this site are processed with PayPal's secure system, which
means that they are processed instantly, and the credit card details are
never in our possession.
You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay through this
option. Select "Payment via Paypal” during checkout.
Paypal ~
Those with a Paypal account may opt to pay with available funds in their
Paypal account through the same option as credit card payments. Select
“Payment via Paypal” during checkout.

Cheques or Money Orders ~
WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY. Due to high bank fees for foreign cheques,
only Australian customers may pay with this option. Select
“Cheque/Money Order (Australia only) during checkout. Once this option is
selected, you will be given the address to mail to (which is the same as the
address on the
contact page). Cheques or
money orders should be made out to Kirstin Mills. Payments must be received
and cleared before your order is shipped.
Direct Bank Deposit ~ WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY. After your order has been placed you will be sent an email
with details for depositing to our accounts. Select “Bank Deposit (AU Only)
during checkout. Payments must be received and cleared before your order is
shipped.
Postage and Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the
weight of items in your order and can be viewed and calculated in the
shopping cart before paying for and finalising your order.
Fairy Inspirations is an Australian company, and all orders are filled and
shipped from Australia. Orders are generally filled and shipped within 1-3
business days of the order and payment being received.
Australian
customers may choose between Regular Post (1-7 day delivery), or Express
Post (next day delivery to certain zones). International customers may
choose Standard International Air Mail (delivery within 6-10 business days),
or International Express Courier (delivery within 2-4 days).
IMPORTANT ~
Only the Express
options have tracking numbers and are traceable once they are sent.
Artworks sent by Standard Australian Post or International Air Mail have no ability to
track the order, and articles lost in the mail cannot be refunded.
Taxes and Customs

All customs and taxes which may be incurred upon importing orders
into a buyer’s country are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. If you
are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs
authorities before ordering.
Returns and Exchanges Policy

The
greatest care is taken in packaging every order to protect each item within it.
However, even the best packaging can be damaged with rough treatment through
the postal system, or the occasional item may slip through our quality
control. If you receive your order and it is damaged or not what you ordered, please
contact us
within 30 days of receipt of payment and we will do our best to sort it out
for you. Please note, we do not refund for change of mind.

Personal information and data collected in any area of this site is NEVER
shared, sold or otherwise distributed. SPAM is as much our enemy as it is
yours and your information will never be used in such a way. In case you
should ever receive any email associated in any way with Fairy Inspirations that you believe to be SPAM or incorrectly addressed,

contact us directly. Strict measures are also taken to protect
any information stored on our computers. All newsletter and updates mailing
lists are the choice of the subscriber to join and require secondary email
confirmation, so your email address cannot be used without your approval.
Subscribers to these mailing lists can unsubscribe at any time.

representation of our products, both visually and in verbal descriptions.
However, due to different screen calibrations, browser settings and certain
discolorations in natural materials, product appearances and designs may
differ slightly from the website images.

products, and the constant addition of
new products, a printed and current
catalogue is difficult to keep. However this
website does contain our entire range of
products for easy online ordering.
